Britney Spears’ sister is bringing her talents to the ballroom while she is dancing on Instagram. Jamie Lynn Spears will compete on “Dancing With the Stars” Season 32 with partner Alan Bersten.
The actress, who played in Paramount+’s “Zoey 102” and Season 3 of Netflix’s “Sweet Magnolias” this year, joins previously announced competitors “Vanderpump Rules” star Ariana Madix and “The Bachelorette” lead Charity Lawson in the competition. The entire cast will be revealed on Wednesday.

“I have this unique opportunity where I was offered a chance to work when my community cannot work,” Spears explained on “GMA.” “I figured I’d do this and donate my weekly salary to SAG and WGA, just to give back to them at a time when they can’t even give to themselves.”
Jamie Lynn Spears has made headlines throughout the years for her up-and-down relationship with her sister, in addition to her career.
“I have nothing but unconditional love for every single member of my family.” “I don’t feel like there’s anything else I need to say from last year, being so open and feeling like I had to defend myself at times,” she told Variety in a June interview. “I just have to leave it where it is because those are private conversations.” All I can think of right now are my daughters, my husband, and the work I’m doing.”
Last season of “Dancing with the Stars,” produced by BBC Studios Los Angeles Productions, was available on Disney+. This year, it will return on ABC. Tyra Banks will be replaced by Alfonso Ribeiro and Julianne Hough as co-hosts. Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli, and Derek Hough are among the judges.
The season 32 debut of “Dancing with the Stars” returns to ABC on Tuesday, September 28 with an extra episode. Throughout the season, it will air on Tuesdays and will be simulcast live on Disney+ before being accessible to view the following day on Hulu.
