King the Land Season 1 Episodes 3 and 4
This article contains predictions for the Netflix K-Drama series King the Land Season 1 Episodes 3 and 4, and includes the release date and where to watch online.
In the opening two episodes of King the Land, little happened in the way of major plot progression. Yet we still got a good feel for the overarching story, where it’s going to go, and what the characters are like.
At the end of episode two, we were left with Sa-rang staring at Gu Won, stunned by his appearance ahead of their promotional interview together. That live show, however, is one that is likely to go anything but smoothly, because Hwa-ran has meddled with the questions last-minute. Still, Gu Won didn’t like the initial set anyway, so he may just be able to pull through unscathed.
As for Gu Won, he was made Head Manager at King Hotel upon his return to Korea from the UK. But the rich heir is still very much a black sheep of sorts, in part thanks to his sister’s seemingly deep-rooted hatred of him. Going forward, it appears these two will butt heads running the hotel together, despite Gu Won’s apparent disinterest in sticking around.
For the rest of the King the Land ongoings, look no further:
- Sa-rang has worked her way up from trainee, to “best talent” as a concierge at King Hotel.
- Sang-sik now works as Gu Won’s assistant, after once being a fellow intern with him.
- Da-eul, one of Sa-rang’s friends, is a duty-free shop manager, who is married with a child.
- Pyeong-hwa, another of Sa-rang’s trio of friends, is a flight attendant faced with an egotistical superior.
- Sa-rang’s boyfriend is mistreating her, putting everyone and everything in front of her on his list of priorities.
