At the end of the month, Netflix is launching its very first interactive romantic comedy called “Choose Love.” The movie features Laura Marano as Cami, who despite having a great job and a boyfriend named Paul (played by Scott Michael Foster), feels like something is missing in her life. As she grapples with feelings for British rock star Rex (Avan Jogia) and her first love Jack (Jordi Webber), viewers get to make choices that shape the story. Directed by Stuart McDonald of “Crazy Ex-Girlfriend” fame and written by Josann McGibbon (known for “Runaway Bride”), the film allows viewers to guide Cami through different decisions, resulting in various storylines and endings. This follows in the footsteps of Netflix’s previous interactive projects like “Black Mirror: Bandersnatch,” the Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt movie “Kimmy vs. The Reverend,” kids’ shows, and Bear Grylls’ “You vs. Wild.”

In addition to this, throughout the rest of the month, Netflix is introducing several notable films to its collection. This includes titles such as “Paddington,” “The Big Short,” and “Sausage Party.” Notably, earlier in the month, the streaming platform added several popular movies and TV shows, like five installments from the Fast and Furious series, “Friends With Benefits,” “No Strings Attached,” the first two Despicable Me movies, “Coming to America,” “Eat Pray Love,” “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off,” “It’s Complicated,” “The Jerk,” “Lost in Translation,” and the initial four seasons of “Ugly Betty.”
