When a group of criminals inadvertently sets loose a supernatural entity upon the world, Frankie, a young woman, becomes convinced that she is being relentlessly pursued by a murderous mannequin. As events unfold, she becomes aware of the danger posed to her friends as well. Determined to protect them, Frankie embarks on a mission to locate the individual possessing the knowledge to halt the killings.
